This page explains how information submitted through the PresencIA website is handled. PresencIA is operated by Jhonny Medrano, trading as PresencIA.
Who is responsible
Jhonny Medrano, trading as PresencIA, is responsible for processing personal information submitted through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@presencia.co.uk.
Information collected
The free audit form asks for your name, business name, website or social-profile URL, business email, an optional phone number, the area you would like help with and any additional information you choose to provide. Technical anti-abuse data may also be processed when the form is submitted.
Why it is used
The information is used to review your request, prepare or discuss an online presence audit, respond to you, and protect the form from misuse. It will not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.
Lawful basis
The lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry and operating the service securely. This basis will be reassessed if the purpose or use of the information changes.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare provides website infrastructure, DNS services and Turnstile bot protection. Resend provides transactional email delivery. These providers may process information outside the UK; where required, international transfers are covered by the providers’ applicable contractual safeguards.
Retention
If an enquiry does not become a customer relationship, its identifiable contents will be deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If work goes ahead, relevant information may instead form part of the client records kept for contractual, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Salted anti-abuse identifiers used for rate limiting and duplicate prevention expire within 15 minutes and are removed during automated cleanup.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, and to object to processing. To make a request, email privacy@presencia.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
This version does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to distinguish people from automated abuse. If non-essential analytics or marketing technology is added later, this page and the consent experience must be updated first.
